I’m Seamus!

I’m an American Londoner, originally from Northampton, Massachusetts.  I cut my teeth at the busy Cafe Fiore in Southern California, where thanks to the continuous innovation of the Fiore sisters and many talented staff, we received the award for best martini more than 10 years in a row.  Now in London I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside top bartenders at celebrated London restaurant brands and Michelin distinguished gastropubs, where I’ve brought my love of fresh ingredients cocktails to customers on this side of the pond.

Anybody that knows me, knows my love for a good cocktail. I love making them, coming up with them, and finding the ways to easily make them a part of the ways we socialise and enjoy our precious time.
